Delivery and installation

From factory packing to sealing the installation joint on site.

Delivery

Units are packed with corner and finish protection; each item is labelled according to the schedule.
For large projects deliveries are grouped by section, floor or entrance — to an agreed programme.
Unloading and lifting to floors are coordinated with the general contractor in advance.

Opening preparation. Geometry check, cleaning, levelling of reveals.
Setting and fixing. Fixing to a method statement: distances from corners and fixing spacing follow the system instructions.
Installation joint. Three layers (the principle described in DSTU B V.2.6-79:2009, no longer in force since 1 March 2025): an outer vapour-permeable weather seal, a central insulation layer and an inner vapour barrier.
Hardware adjustment and acceptance. Sash operation and seal contact are checked and an acceptance certificate is signed.

For private homes a manager agrees the dates for survey, delivery and installation. An estimated price is available in the calculator.

Yes, provided installation materials approved for low temperatures are used according to their instructions.
Packaging removal is defined by the contract or the general contractor’s site rules.
