Demo template: specific warranty periods and terms are defined by the contract and the product passport.
What the warranty covers
The profile system: geometry, finish integrity, thermal break performance.
Glazing units: seal integrity (no condensation inside the unit).
Hardware: mechanism operation, provided it is serviced regularly.
Installation — if installed by our own or a partner crew.
Conditions
Use in accordance with the care instructions supplied with the product.
Annual hardware service: lubricate moving parts and locking points with acid- and resin-free oil, as hardware manufacturers recommend.
Clean the finish with water or a pH-neutral detergent, without abrasives.
No unauthorised changes to the unit (drilling profiles, glass replacement by third parties).
How to make a claim
Describe the issue, attach photos and the contract number via the form on Contacts. A service engineer will agree an inspection date.
